Description

We have a spreadsheet with about 1000 records in it, each record has 13 data points associated with it. All 13000 data points are in a single column. We need the data in the 1 column transposed to 13 columns. Please look at the uploaded file for a sample of the data.


Bidders MUST speak excellent English or they will not be able to determine what data goes into what column. Bidders MUST be able to complete the project with 72 hrs (3 days) from start.
