Description

We are looking for someone who can create a system in either excel or other that can create a set of reports from a csv file.

The csv file is a mobile phone bill showing a number of mobile phone users and the numbers they have called, it also lists the type of call, the duration of the call , the cost of the call.

Each line shows a seperate call, We are looking to use this same tool every month by just inserting a sheet called "current month" which will of different number of entries each month and then all the reports will automatically update.

The reports need to shows:

Top 10 users with the most usage in time
Top 10 users with the most usage in cost
Top 10 users with the most usage in each type of calls
Top 10 users with the most usage in SMS
Top 10 frequently dialed numbers and by who.

Dear Creator! I have completed one very advanced version of your project, and it is ready for delivery. I'm a financial analyst with 15 years experience in Excel application development, and I do your kind of database connected reports once in a while. Your Excel file now contains a macro to delete the current month's data and then it loads the current month's csv file. I can also ommit the macro but then you will have to delete the current month's data and then you will also have to import the new data manually. If this is your whish I will show you how. The report is user friendly and I always make my reports visually expressive, so the users Eye always grasps the important info immediately. Dont hesitate to email me as a first contact.
