Description:	Each day we get reports sent to us for orders that have been placed from the web. These reports that are sent we cannot modify them, so we need to find a way to change them up a bit once we download them. I have attached an example of the report we get in its exact form. We take this spreadsheet and map it into our database along with our shipping programs. Our database needs all of these customers in one file but our shipping programs only need the info for the customers that select their shipping service. So the first step for us is to download the report that I have attached, delete rows 1-7, and columns “W” & “AU” need to be formatted, special, zip code. Then we map this into our database. Once this is complete we then filter column “AZ” and delete the rows that show DHL, then upload this into UPS world ship. Once this is complete we filter column “AZ” and then delete the rows that show UPS, then upload into DHL easy ship. As you can see this is a lot of steps and take a considerable amount of time being this is done 4 times daily. Here is what I would like done. 1. Somehow split the original file we get and split it into 3 different files. I would like these files to somehow go into a different folder on the same computer. These 3 different folders would be for our database, UPS and DHL. If the one spreadsheet we download could be autoformatted to somehow take the data we need from the original sheet and then throw these sheets into the correct folders would be the most ideal. 2. The first sheet should be for our database and all that needs done for this file would be. a. Delete rows 1-7 b. Format columns “W” & “AU” special, zip codes. (This needs to be done because if a zip starts with 0 it will not display the 0) 3. The second sheet should be for UPS and what needs done for this file is a. Delete rows 1-7 b. Format columns “W” & “AU” special, zip codes c. Row “AZ” should only have UPS orders and the DHL orders should not be part of this sheet. 4. The 3rd sheet will be the same as above just DHL instead of UPS. If possible we would like this done ASAP. Additional files submitted: report.csv
