Description

I have 2 excel spreadsheets. One contains a list of date ranges and the second one lists dates. I need to loop through the 2nd list and check if the date is included in of the the ranges listed in the 1st spreadsheet.

For instance. File 1 looks like this:
1 2/1/2007 3/1/2007
2 4/1/2007 5/1/2007
3 5/1/2007 6/1/2007

File 2 looks like this:
1 2/15/2007
2 2/18/2007
3 5/2/2007

The result should look like this
1 2/15/2007 1
2 3/15/2007 1
3 5/2/2007 3

Hello. Depending on how exactly dates are stored in cells, it would take from 2 to 4 hours for me to do it. I already have experience with VBA in MSOffice.
