Heres what I can do : Give you all that you need plus more. Comments(only if its not free text) and Locations can also be hard fed so that there are drop downs to be used and minimizes errors. User will be add to add/remove more comment if required. I know exactly what you are llooking for and will give you options for the charts which will best represent your data so that you have a clear picture. You will be able to look at trends in almost any combination you like at the click of a button. What you will do : Maually feed data as and when you have it in the first sheet (as mentioned by you). One excel sheet has a million rows, you will be able to have those many records. For more than that is possible but will cost more. I will also build in a small "What If" module.
