Description

Preliminary requirement to be considered for project award:

If you can "clean" included .WAV file using the enclosed Matlab files then please PM me with your results as a cleaned .WAV file.

Project Itself :

1) Write a half-page description of your Matlab environment and step-by-step instructions of how you "cleaned" the .WAV file.

2) Convert the Matlab code to C.
