I need to do some R and D to test some theories out.

Using the Pick 5 as an example for testing.

The numbers range from 1 to 40 …there are 5 numbers picked there are 658,008 total combinations.
1,2,3,4,5 to 36,37,38,39,40

Step 1 generate all of the combinations

Step 2 Arrange the combinations in a systematic order not sequential as they are generated.It would be like a deck of cards..shuffling.Cut the deck then intermingle the combinations,I would like the option to shuffle as many times as I want.I also would like the option to limit how high the numbers can be or low.For example
The first number in the combination cannot be higher than x or the last number can’t be lower that y.
Step 3 Be able to chop this list into certain size blocks (combinations) ,the blocks would be labeled,for example blocks of 10,000 combinations..there would be 65.8 total blocks labeled as such 1 To 65.8
Then an option to have blocks of 50 (combinations) or whatever number that I want to put in.
There would be 13,160 blocks of 50 combinations=658,008.The blocks would have to be labeled

Step 4 Is the ability to test.I would need to be able to input a list of numbers that have already come out ..this list is then compared to the blocks of numbers that have been made ..where there is a perfect match (all 5 numbers) I would like those combinations color coded when the blocks of numbers are viewed also a total number of hits for that block…For example I input 100 combinations that have already come out in the pick 5.When I go to view the blocks of numbers the combinations of numbers that match appear red.Each block will contain a certain amount of Pick 5 hits within it..I need to know how many hits were registered for each block of numbers.For example Block 1 has 20 hits…block 2 has 10 hits etc…
I would also like to have a tally and a visual perhaps another color for 4 matching numbers and 3 matching
numbers
Please let me know how long you think it will take to set up this R&D testing that I need and when you think you can have it done.

I really appreciate your help…once the testing is done I will have more work for you..
