We can provide your drawings through AUTOCAD, HVAC, Structural, electrical, Plumbing, and 3D models. I have alot of experience in 3D models and I have alot of workers who can finish many of your departments of work. Time management is a key thing with I will give and cost management. There will be no changes to the price won at bid and I intend to give both of us satisfaction in completion of your project. Since your project is a warehouse, it generally doesn't require much problems because it is a storage sort of area not a fully people dewelling place. It should be quick and simple given the right communication. I hope to hear from you as I am very interested in this project. | Hi,
I am hereby resubmitting my bid. I am very interested to work with your project. I have worked so many projects in the US and am very familiar with the codes used therein. I have associates who can help me in the design process from the architectural presentation to structural and other engineering services. I understand that 60 days could be a short duration for this project but with my team mates, we will work hard that it will be ready in 60 days. The only thing that we cannot do is to sign and seal for the project as we are not licensed to practice in the US. But we will work side by side with you, including the correction needed for the approval of the project.
