I, work as a self employed as a DESIGN consultant from India, am an “M.Tech” Degree holder in Mechanical with specialization in INDUSTRIAL PROCESS EQUIPMENT DESIGN.
This master degree course is specialized for design of PRESSURE VESSEL, HEAT EXCHANGER, TALL TOWERS, REACTORS, BOILER, TRANSPORTATION TANK & other equipments used for oil & gas, petrochemical, bio chemical & pharmaceutical industries. This is a unique course in Asia. I am thorough with ASME section 8.
I had made 5 design of Pressure vessel in college & 4 designs for Susha founders and engineers & Devrekha boilers based on ASME sec 8 div 1 & 2. This design also involves detail drawing of pressure vessel.

- Length of vessel: 51meter.
- Diameter of vessel: 3.819meter.
- Overlay: 5 mm.
- Material: SA-387 Gr22 Cl.2.
- Vessel type: Vertical.

I am a mechanical designer/engineer with about six years expirience working in my basically 3D MCAD software Autodesk Inventor Professional, but I also do 3D modeling in Solid Works, from where I can export any kind of file you want(including IGES, STEP, or STL for CNC production). I also do 2D drawings using AutoCAD 2006. Currently I work in shipyard like constructor-mechanical designer/engineer, and I specialized 3D machine design, pipelines, structural steel design. I also design molds, furniture, consumer products, do workshop drawings, conversions from 2D drawings(or your sketches and DWG files) to 3D solid models, FEA analysis in Ansys Workbench, presentations, animations...We can do a test drawing for sample. I work on very reasonable pricing (15$-20$ per hour, it depends of complexity of work),and on your request I can send you samples of my CAD works(in DWF format).For now I have positive feedback on CAD Outsourcing.
