I can make design only (shematics / PCB layout) or full building and delivery. this device may include : - a square signal generator - a bipolar push-pull amplifier - a capacitor based voltage multiplier (by 2 or 3) - a voltage regulator or another old-fashioned approach : - sine wave generator - amplifier - transformer - rectifier bridge - capacitor filter - regulator the first approach is more efficient. this bid is for full building, for shematics/PCB only, it would cost $80 is it for a laptop or another portable electronics ?

Hi, I can design and send schematics to input 12VDC and output 19VDC at 300mA, exceeding your specification. If you would like me to build a prototype for you I will need to know if you require an enclosure of some sort, what type of connectors you prefer, etc. Fee for building a prototype depends on your requirements.
