I have one suggestion before creating the final drawing we should make individual 3d models of components and assemble it if we find some problem in the assembly then we should fix it first then go for proto type if it is plastic parts i prefer to go RPT. once we get physical proto type then we should check the required fuctionality if it works well then we would go for drawing creation. waiting for a positive reply from you.
