I'm hiring online tutors for my website....
I would like to accept tutors for all subjects even for academic level..

you should be experienced in your profession and freshers are considered depending upon their skill and submitting assignments under deadline.
tutors should also provide assignment help under the specified deadline in the field of their expertise.

You will be given monthly salary as per you are a full time or part time tutor..

This is a work at home job...you should have the capability of providing good communication power for online tutoring
Good knowledge in subject
minimum Graduate degree in the subject area
digital pen and pad
broadband internet connection
microphone and headset

for assignment help:
tutors should be able to provide answers via MS word with full mathematical symbols regarding maths, full drawings if necessary,if wanted in pdf you should have the software to convert .doc to pdf etc

Also in urgency you can also provide scanned copy of your handwritten neat assignments and can sent by attaching..
you should be ready for whichever one is preffered
