Description

You need to design electrical installation of an efficient and low environmental footprint demonstration dwelling, powered by a stand-alone Power Supply (SPS). The building should be single level and contain one bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchen-dining room. The SPS and laundry should be contained in a separate building 20 metres from from the house.
Appliances:
240 V ac TV, video, sound system,
240 V ac washing machine (600 W),
240 V ac flourescent and halogen lighting.
240 V ac electric boosted solar hot water (2400 W element)
dc refrigerator (60 W)
dc flourescent lighting
dc water pressure pump (located at the tank with wiring run in (size ?)conduit)
The type of SPS used is a PV 480 Wp array with a 240 V ac 3KVA backup generator.
The design should include the following items:
1. Architectural diagram
2. Schematic (circuit diagram)
3. Wiring diagram
4. Control power board layout
5. Full schedule of equipment, including cable types & length
6. Calculations for wiring and circuit protection sizing

Please note that my maximum budget for this project is $25.
