After looking at both files I would like to change my bid to $150. I tried to change it, but it still reflects your budget as 250-750. It will not let me bid lower than $250. I have over 5 years experience with Solidworks. I own a licensed copy of Solidworks 2008. I have several years experience converting iges files over into a fully usable Solidworks model.

This looks like both the parts are part of an Assembly.In that case this has to be done in assembly modelling. Base model can be used as ref and new model can be buit in Solidworks. I will be able to execute this project.
