Description

I need a electrician, electrical engineer or someone who can read schematic diagrams to do a small project, preferably a student.

the job can be completed at your home and emailed to me if you wish, or you can come by and do the work and collect the $50.

Here it is: I have a 2001 Toyota Avalon and two dashes. One dash is the upgraded model with the compass, date, and trip computer. The original dash is just time and odometer. I've put the upgraded dash in and it works perfectly but the A/C no longer functions. If I swap back to the original dash the A/C works again. I'm sure there's some simple signal that's not being sent to the A/C controls that is disabling it. If someone can find some schematics on these two dashes and figure out which wire is sending the signal or whatever I'll pay them $50.

I know $50 isn't a lot but this could take some knowledgeable person only 5 minutes searching google to find the two schematics and figure out what's wrong. $50 for 5 minutes isn't bad.

go to http://www.toyotaownersclub.com/ and ask your question there, a toyota expert will answer you. Also if you use your charm with a toyota service centre they may be able to help you for free, just tell them your problem and they should be able to help you by phone. I am a toyota owner as well and these are my usuall tactics
