Description: I need a circuit designed that takes a 5 Volt input and outputs 12 volt. The circuit needs to utilize a 5 volt relay.

Details:
My stereo preamp has a 1/8" stereo jack that outputs 5 volts when switched. I need this output to go to a project box that contains a relay and a 12 volt input that will switched on when 5 volts is sent from the preamplifier. I'll be using a 12 volt dc transformer. For the connections the tip of the 1/8" stereo jack is positive, the middle ring is N/C, and the inner ring is negative.

Hello, I am an embedded electronics engineer, with masters in RF engineering. I am a professional PCB designer. I can convert the 5V out of the preamp to 12V for the relay for $110. This bid price inclues all the hardware I will need to do the above job. Postage to you will be extra.
