expected the full circuit will operate from 5 volts, also wold like to know about the timing accuracy, low value capacitor with frequency devider, will give accurate time, high value capacitor will not give accurate time but will use one less IC

Dear Sir... i am quite familiar with these kind of works... i am ready to start to work on this project. i will submit proper schematic with PCB design..and this work will be done without a microcontroller for your ease...various components that may be used are 555 timer and a counter with few transistors and SPST 5V relay. i can specify the exact relay if few current ratings will be known to me. if you dont require a PCB design it can be managed in $55 and 36 hrs at max... thanx and consider us

I'll do it for free..... but some how I cannot bid less than $30. Microcontroller based circuit, so that you have consistency in operation and, you are not dependent on capacitor values for timers and delays, they may change due to heat, humidity etc. I'll send you the hex file and the compiler too for writing code for the microcontroller, so you can edit the code that I send you, if required. You did not mention the power source for the system?

I have been designing electronics since I was 12 years old and am now a Technical Manager in a electronics company. I always work out and design the most reliable circuit that can be produced with very common components at the lowest cost. I have been doing this for about 30 years. A neat, professional schematic will be sent to you as well as an easy to understand description of how it works.
