Seems like you already have the frontend, so if I understood you correctly, it's a matter of backend programming (database, user management etc) and integration with the frontend bit. If you seek quality, for $900 I undertake to write, debug and commission(sic?) such system in under 7 days. Alternatively, select one of the lower bidding 'experts' and..heh...good luck.
