Description

I have PSD's of a website so no design is neccessary.

The Freelancer should be able to do the following:

1. Code my Drupal 6 theme, 2 different layouts in the website: homepage & content page, I need both with Drupal front page module.

2. Integrate some mouse over effects on menus (simple effects)

3. Theme must include H1, H2, H3 tags

4. Theme must be fully XHTML/CSS compliant. IE6+, FF, Safari, Opera, Chrome compatible

5. I also will be building online forms. It would be nice if you could adapt the design of the webforms to the design of the site (send button, background color)

Only apply if you have Drupal templating experience. I am a developer myself so I know what a good clean coder is.
