Hi:

I think most most of these are pretty easy, I just don't have the time to learn it al myself.

1) Set store order number to 14500
(and show me where it is done if it is in Drupal and not in some script/file)

2) I can't get products to show just teasers on home page. (See Mixed Bag Vol 1 on the home page) It shows the ENTIRE product entry. I just want it to show the teaser (first paragraph). I've messed around trying to figure out why, but can't. I put the line break in (like I do with normal story content) but with products it is still showing the entire entry, not just a tease. Perhaps this has something to do with the theme I'm using, but I find it odd that regular stories or cutting off and just showing the teaser, but I can't get products to do it.

3) Get communication of download orders working well. What happens now when someone orders a download is the payment comes through but the customer does not get access to download the order until I MANUALLY go in and OK the order (or "ship" it.).... Then the customer can get the download. But it should be that when the customer orders a download and payment is completed (via PayPal for example), then they need to automatically get an email or access that gives them access to download immediately. I can't seem to find where I might set that to happen. (Show me where this setting is if there is one.)

4) Show me the links in admin where the various email messages I put in so I can customize the messages for orders, updates, etc. (I just don't have the time to find them.)

5) Some products have attributes that are shippable. So customer might order a download that has additional discs that we have to ship. So the download should have no shipping, but if they order the multitrack attribute that we have to ship, then shipping is applied to that order. Try this with Vol. 1.

So in case of Vol. 1 ... If customer orders download only of product then no shipping. If they order the CD, then shipping. But if they order download AND multitrack upgrade (the second option/attribute then the multitrack DVD has to be shipped. I can't get it to work. It's either shippable or not. It needs to be shippable based on the combination of attributes they choose.

Any of the fixes I just need on Vol. 1 Mixed Bag... Once I get that working properly, then I will apply everything to other products.

I hope to establish a good working relationship as I will have other updates, etc. for this site and others as we work to get the site ready to go live.
