When Adding Accounts, Ability To Group Accounts For Posting In Groups.

Mandatory Spinnable Areas:
Title, Tagwords, Body

Must be written in Delphi. Must not use OCX libraries unless otherwise agreed to. Ideally should use Alcinoe, Indy (must not freeze!), ICS, or AppControls acHTTP component (which I have registered version of).

I have a contentboss username and password that I will let you use for developement purposes. (For the autojetspinner website)

I have Delphi 7 and Delphi 2007. It should compile under one or both of these versions.

Each Function and Procedure "MUST" be documented similarly to below.
It doesn't have to be exactly this way... But I want in-code documentation:

All work is work for hire. All code's copyright will belong to me. You cannot reuse or resell any of the code in this project.

I give bonuses for extra work. I will give you 2 weeks past your bid finished by date to complete this project with no known bugs. Any time
past that will result in reduction of your pay due to failure to meet
deadlines.

I will put all pay in escrow when you choose to accept this project.
I will not releace "ANY" funds until project is completed. DO NOT ASK
FOR MONEY UNTIL YOU HAVE FINISHED THE PROJECT.
