Description: I have some delphi source code which works as intended by interfacing with FPUIPC.dll within Microsoft Flight Simulator.

The task is to take the delphi project and turn it into a dll project with all the routines from FPCuser.pas exported, and also take the existing UIPCHello.dpr and modify it to use the dll that is created, and produce the same results as the current UIPCHello.dpr

The successful provider will be well versed with delphi.
