Description

This project is for a Delphi programer who is an expert in WinINet programming.

I am after Delphi code to enable me to upload a file to an Amazon S3 bucket.

The code should use the WinINet PUT method.

I can provide a test application to be modified that should work (based on Microsoft MSDN code snippets), however it fails part way through.

For a WinINet expert, this should be an easy problem to solve.
