Description:	We are responsible for receiving, tracking, and finalizing requests for grants to the foundation of our owner. He receives requests leading up to two meetings a year. During those meetings we need reports that would list the grants along with all their specific information and the amount they are requesting plus their history...i.e. requests in the past and whether we awarded them money or declined their request. Then at the end of the meeting, we need to track the disposition of the request. So I envision a data entry form for the requests as they come in with name of organization requesting money, address, contact, etc. along with amount requested and who is sponsoring it. Then another data entry for the award or declination along with the date of the decision and the date the check is written. Then reports will be needed of say all open requests and requests for some date to another and another report for the history of all the current requests. So I think this is a simple project for someone that knows how to write a database. I need this to be complete by the end of October.
