Description

we are a bookkeeping comany in U.S. , we are looking for 2 persons to enter our payroll data for our clients.

the task is very simple: namely:

1) we will scan and email or fax you all our clients' time sheets ( approx 500 employees) on Monday every week,

2) your staffs will enter our client's employees time sheets ( total hours / hour rate ) onto our payroll application ( we will provide you this application), you have to complete this task by Thursday of the same week.

3) you will transfer us the data file on the same day ( Thursday ) ( we will set you up, and our application will take care of all the data transfer, there is no need for any programming ).

- These are the requirements if you are interested:

1) we need 2 persons for approx 1 to 2 days per person per week , and this is going to be an ongoing year round service.

2) you have to to provide us the typing speed of those persons you will be using.

3) you need to provide us the hourly rate you will be charging our company . ( we need approximately 2 persons X 2 days X 10 hours per days per week for a total of 40 hours


4) timing of all this processing is very critical , we can not allow you being late ( must have the task completed on Thursday ) .


5) you will be required to sign a confidential contract with our company.

6) once we select the company , we will send you the payroll application / and some sample time sheet to do a trial run.

we have receivied quite a few bids, we would appricate you provide the following in your message , so for us to save some time in selection:

1) how much is your hourly charge (in US$).

2) the approximate typing speed per minuites.

3) maxiumn numbers of hours you can gurantee to provide per week, since if every thing works out, we will be getting more contracts to work on , that means you will have to commit to us more than 40 hours per week.

we will not , unforuately ,review those enquiries , without the above informations..

Please do not under quote your hourly rate and cannot deliver , as the lowest hourly rate bid will not necessary win this contract, we will select the company based on the following: 1) rate / 2) speed / 3) accruacy ..

one question has been comming up all the times from our review of bidders, we would prefer candidates who already has some sort of experience of providing data entries service to oversea clients, and your work hours, how you are going to log your hours to be charged to us, so plesae provide us the details of this service you already has.
