I'm looking for someone who can find and provide me with a file containing Non Profitable/Charity organizations.

These should be from all 50 states and contain the following information if available:

-Organization name
-Organization Description/tagline (if available)
-Organization state
-organization city
-organization address
-organization phone number
-organization web site
-organization services provided/type of agency

you have to give me all info into a EXCEL spreadsheet file

Please let me know a timeframe, previous work, and price per item.
