Thank you for allowing me to bid on this project. I feel that my experience in transcription will offer you the type of experience that is required to complete this project. I have extensive administrative and data processing skills with over 15 years of experience as a personal assistant – taking care of the running of 3 sites and making sure they ran efficiently and cost effectively. I was born and raised in London, UK and am based there also. I am a highly skilled transcriptionist transcribing one-on-one interviews, pod casts, teleconferences, seminars of up to 5 main speakers, board meetings, books, etc. and will provide an accurate and efficient service in a timely manner. I am dependable, professional, and communicate openly with my clients. My rate is typically $0.50 cents per audio minute/$30 an audio hour, depending on the clarity of audio with a turnaround of 24 hours for 60 – 120 minutes (depending upon what time the files are downloaded). My transcription ratio is 4:1, in other words 4 hours of typing for 1 hour of audio. I never use voice recognition software - therefore I need the actual files not a link. I also proof my work which is included in the per audio min/hr bid. For this project my bid is $30.00 based on one hour of audio.
