Description

Need two Oracle scripts developed

1) Oracle script or stored procedure & necessary tables to detect files changed and keep a list (use datestamp to detect file has changed) with status of change - new file or changed file. Also need to be able to enter a list of files to ignore.

2) Oracle script or stored procedure to search every table column that can hold characters for a specific search string.

Also, need help with Toad...
