Description

Looking for someone to create tables showing delivery times for 6 maps. You will draw polygons to match the maps then extrac all zip codes for US continental 48 states.

An example map can be viewed at http://www.ups.com/maps?loc=en_US - Enter 48192 for the ZIP CODE.

You will do this for 6 maps total. Data should be accurate to 99.5% - intricate areas of the map may be generalized.

I prefer comma delimited files with the results in this format:

zipcode1, days for map1, days for map2, days for map3....
zipcode2, days for map1, days for map2, days for map3....

Please include your data source and methodology with you bid.
