Description

Project is to either do data entry or data extraction on 32 pdf files of nutrition information for fast food restaurants. Nutrition information can be found on the websites of these fast food restaurants. I want the data in a text file either tab or comma delimited. The data fields that I want along with a list of the restaurants restraints will also be given to the winning bidder.

Other option is to get the nutrition data from a website such as CalorieKing.

I am not sure of the total records, but I am guessing around 5000 at the most
