Description

I'm looking for someone to write a script or scripts to extract data from online classified for garage and yard sales, that I will then import into my DB for geocoding and mapping.

Output will need to be in csv format

Fields: street address, city, state, start date, end date, start time, end time, the sale type (multi-family, group/charity, estate sale, neighborhood-wide sale), ad source, plus the basic text of the ad with the text/code converted to display from within a javascript (brackets, ampersands, etc.).

Some of the classified sites have the fields fairly well organized already, such as http://www.kaango.com/feListAds/categoryID/25

But others sites are text only, so the script will need to recognize the text patterns that indicate an address, date, etc. (for a sample of this type of listing see: http://classified.hamptonroads.com/searchresults.cfm?category=4

I have no idea how complex this is, so if I'm way out of line on price, please feel free to let me know.
