CURRENT OPERATION
We currently download and import data into an Access 2007 database and manually extract order information from the database and place this information into separate emails. These emails are sent to our suppliers as purchase orders.

REQUIREMENT
We need a script, application or configuration instructions on how to send multiple emails from an Access 2007 database.

Emails should be generated using a form or template and certain data fields such as name address, item, order tracking details etc will come from the database.

Certain fields within the database will therefore map to certain fields in the email body.

This application will permit the emailing of individual records or groups of records. Ie. Single email order or multiple orders. The destination email address will nearly always be the same.

Much of the body of each email will not change, as the information will be the same.

The setup of this may use a translation table of some other user definable screen.

TERMS & METHOD OF PAYMENT:
1) Winning bidder will have 30% of the money deposited in his GAF escrow account once chosen. No other method of payment is possible.
2) After receipt of the software, the application will undergo ‘User Acceptance Testing’ by us for 7days.
3) Once UAT has been verified and approved, you will provide us with the software source code and sign legal contracts assigning the rights to the software to us.
4) After delivery of source code and signing of waiver, we will release the final payment into your escrow account.

If you do not agree to these terms… DO NOT BID! So, if you are not totally familiar with these products and concepts, or you are unfamiliar with our requirements, or you are hesitant in meeting our quality requirements… please do not bid.
