After all is scraped and provided with status, the file must be sent for fax distribution
to test the accuracy.

This is not an easy job in a 1 million range there may only be 10,000 success

We require 100,000 succesfull at atleast 85% accuracy for $100 (we will accept multiple bidders) The price is not negotiable. If accuracy is not met then percentage difference will result in less final payment.
