Description

In need of virtual assistant: (maybe 2 or 3 depending on assistants skill level)

Until you have establish yourself as being compentent and reliable the starting pay for trial is ($2-4max) USD. Must be prepared to sign nondisclosure form. Long-term relationship (contract) offer available after trial period.

Must have high speed internet
Have own computer and phone line (skype account is optional)
Full time Availibility 9am - 6pm Central (US & Canada time)
Excellent English Speaking and writing (Well spoken in English)

Tasks includes but not limited to:

Answering incmoing phone calls/ Lead generation outbound calls
Performing follow-up calls
Posting online ads via craigslist
Posting projects via GAF
checking/monitoring business e-mail
Manage projects
Regular communication to update me with progress/status reports

Must keep log of hours worked - Pay is biweekly. Performance bonuses are available during trial as well.

PS I will not pay set-up fee for call center....

I am fine with starting at a lower rate until I am comfortable with your tasks and I live in CST so will have no problem working the hours you need. I am an experienced administrative assistant, copyeditor, proofreader, typesetter, and designer, in addition to having many years of experience in an office setting (data entry, accounts payable/receivable, spreadsheets, billing, etc.). My ex-husband and I have been running our own graphic design and publishing business, Vinci-Designs & Publishing since 2005. For the past 4 years, I have been freelance copyediting and proofreading for Idea Group Publishing, Pinnacle Health Care, University Press, and many others. I am very capable of completing all of your assigned tasks and you will not need additional help. I just currently finished working for a animal business with almost identical work needs. I handled all the responses(phone+email) and followed up on all leads, posted all ads on craigslist and other sites and successfully sold all iventory in 2 days. I also organized all records and currently maintain leads for future sales. I feel very confident that I will be an asset to you also.
