Hi guys,

We are not able to get in touch with our previous web developer.

We need a minor modification on one of the pdf forms created by him.
Just taking off one box ,

But the functionality needs to be back to 100 %.

So if you know Adobe Life Cycle Well, we are sure you can do this in less than 15 minutes.

We would also require some add ons for joomla to make it more SEO.
