Description

Looking for 2 - 3 providers for general administration work on a casual as needed basis. Tasks will include:

1. Typing up documents in MS Word and formatting to required specifications;
2. Other duties will be assigned as relationship develops, and if provider work well;
3. Looking for honest and trustworthy providers, who can deliver outputs within the required time frames;
4. Happy to consider long term relationship & ongoing work if we are happy with provider;
5. Must we willing to chat online / video conference and communicate openly in clarifying assigned tasks as required or if requested;
6. Must be very fluent in English, and have a high level of technical writing ability (University Level). This will be covered and determined through the quality of work delivered;
7. If interested please forward a short 1/2 - 1 page CV (nothing longer please) detailing a summary of your previous experience and English & MS Word knowledge.
8. In your bid please bid your rate for 1 A4 page of typed text, in size 8 Arial font. We will be looking for experience, quality of work, honesty and competitive bids.
9. All typed work needs is confidential. Providers will need to provide multiple photo identification & details and sign and fax a confidentiality agreement prior to starting work.
10. Bid if you are only willing to happy with all the above points and willing to comply with them all.
