Description

Toronto-based company seeks on-line research services for building a list of homes/families across multiple cities (6 in total, all with populations exceeding 1MM people) who offer homestay services for students visiting from overseas.

A homestay is different from simple room-and-board in that the student lives with the host family, eats with them and takes part in some regular household activity. The end objective is cultural exposure and language instruction.

The list must:

- contain a minimum 75 entries per city
- include a valid email address
- include a telephone number (where available)
- contain a brief description of the homestay

Lists must be generated in an ethical manner; contacts may not be solicited from other commercial homestay services or directories, and may only be included if email addresses are freely listed on public profile pages.

More detailed instructions will be supplied to the successful bidder. Escrow payments will be made in installments per city as the list for that particular city is completed.
