Description

List building through an online database of residences (homes) and businesses in our area. Very simple.

Identify a geographic area from demographices and maps presented online. Draw (drag) a graphic square over select areas or subdivisions. Homes in the subdivision are selected automatically to an accuracy of 80-90%.

Click on each identified residence... ranging from 200 - 500 homes (or clicks) per subdivision group. Idendify subdivision name via online county records using 3 - 5 of the address per grouping.

Save subdivision group by subdivision name. Groups are then downloaded to Excel.

Prepare group for process via sort rountine and other data conversions.

We are interested in capturing 200,000 to 300,000 homes / addresses into our database.

We provide online video training on how to use the database demographic and navigation tools. We will also provide demographic specification for our target market.

Downloads are limited to 4000 per day. Task should take no more than 4 hours per day. Bid is for 15 hour blocks of service to deliver 4,000 prospects per day or request, for a total of 15,000 prospects from the database. Initial set up and training included in price.
