Description: We are a courier company and I am looking for a really easy file for the following.

1. Input the date
2. Input vehicle registration number (need to be able to use multi vehicle)
3. Input drivers name (need to be able to input multi drivers)
4. Input start mileage (in miles)
5. Input the end mileage (in miles)
6. Input the amount spent on fuel that trip (in £)
7. Input the amount of litres of fuel used.
8. Inout the money earned from the trip (in £)
9. I would then like the system to work out price per mile, miles per gallon and profit.
10. The monetary values entered will be inc vat and the earnings will be inc vat - I would like to show all monetary facts both inc and exc vat when the system has worked everything out.
11. I would like to be able to do this for the month, then at the end of the month I can show graphs on all factors above. However I will need to be able to work all of this out daily.
12. This is to be carried on indefinatley so at any period I can cross compare months / weeks / years.
13. I need to be able to print all data.
14. I want it to look like form - so all clerk has to do is fill in boxes. It has to look really easy (like a windows style)

I dont anticipate this to be expensive at all.

Need it rather quick, so if the price is right we can start straight away.
