Description

I need someone to create a program that scrapes the data from the attached spreadsheet (and other spreadsheets in the same format) into an excel file organized like this: Control Number, Department(African American Studies, Anthropology, etc.), Course Number, Section, Day-Hour, Room, Course Title, Unit Credit, Instructor. NOTE: I do not need someone to do this manually. I need someone to create the program to do this. Please write "I have read the description" in your comments to verify that you have read this description.
