Description: I’m looking for a professional company or individual to help me with a small email project. I have a client database of approx. 4700 contacts and it’s a mess. Some contacts are in there multiple times. I need the list washed of all duplicates. I can provide list in Excel, CSV, or text. This list is personal and confidential and must not be sold in the open market.

Project consists of sending one email to the clean list. Each will be in html format with graphics. You must personalized with the first name of the recipient. We also require that hard bounces be returned so we may update our lists. The email should provide with automatic opt out option. Must be able to deliver all messages to the inbox. I want you to return the database in 7 days after the recipients have had a chance to opt out. We have the email ready to go. We’ll pay no more than $30.

For a pro this job should take about 20 minutes tops.

Basically I am Data entry operator, and undertaking all types of data entry works like form filling, Quality links submission to the web directories (between Pr3-pr8), web directory submission, PDF to WORD conversion, forum posting, craigslist, gum tree posting etc. I have 5 years experience in Data entry field and I had worked for US and UK web directories earlier (madmoue, linksjuice, sezza, greenstalk, w7, directories).
