Also, from a review and maintenance standpoint, you may want to consider porting all your test data into MsAccess. MsAccess integrates well with Word and Excel, has its own report printing capabilitiies (which depending upon the requirement, are superior to Word/Excel), and provides facilities that can make maintaining your Q+A repository easier and much more intuitive.
