I will not pay more than $15 to have this done so please don't bid if you can't do it for this price or less.

I have a very large spread sheet of about 3,000 rows with a list of postcodes in 1 column and a list of postcode zones in the other. I need to extract out postcode ranges based on the Zone. Not all the numbers in the postcode zones are consecutive. The output should be in a text file.

For the example below, the output for the DWN range would display like this: DWN~: 0800-0801, 0804, 0810-0813 Consecutive numbers should be seperated with a hyphon and non consecutive numbers with a comma. You should seperate each zone with a pipe symbol.

Each output postal range must be specific to each zone.
