Description

GIS Quick Thematic Map (all data already imported and in shape files)

*** IMPORTANT: Quick Project, Must be done withing an hour of accepting ***

I have a standard ESRI shapefile, with an associated DBF, the DBF has a column with a 1-6 number.

I need the map plotted in thematic style (different color for each shape), then import a CSV of Lat/Long coordinates.

Must be done in an Open Source (or inexpensive / simple tool). I have to be able to open the final source-file myself and make some minor updates once you've plotted the thematic map with lat/lon points.

This should take less than one hour. The accepted bid will be $25

If you are familiar with GIS work, I have another, larger project for you, once you finish this one.
