Project Very Simple
I want a program that will automate order taking from 3 sources
Scenario 1
Caller calls himself gives his id and then he has 2 options either to talk to a rep or to give an order if he chooses to give an order then he says a code number (code of the product) and the number of pieces
For example "start" 10 times 101, next 5 times 201, etc, end. The system confirmes orally his order and hangs up

Scenario 2
The user send a form that has a header where he marks his id
then has 3 colums a colum with the product code, a colum with the description and a colum with the numbers
The fax server reads the entry and converts in an order

Scenario 3
The user sends a sms to the sms gateway. The sms contains 3 pieces.
Header his id and again each line 2 things tem code and pieces

In all scenarios the order should be converted to an XL either as a file or as an entry in an XL file


Developers can propose a complete system HW or SW open source
Developers could work only one solution ie Fax entry
Pricing must be individual ie per item that is
Scenario A HW SW
Scenario B HW SW
Scenario C HW SW
TOTAL

Payment will be done on escrow account only
NO deposit or prepayment
Payment is done on COMPLETE and working systems
Any additional features that you want to propose are welcomed
Language user for IVR is Greek
