I need someone to input or scrape the yellow page categories and subcategories from this site.

www.directory-assistance dot net/yellowpagescategory.html

I require all top-level categories and complete hierarchy. You will need to drill-down each category/subcategory until you reach no subcategories to where you only see list of states.

This is an example of some categories for "Agriculture" top-level category. I expect the output to be something similar and complete.

- Please PM me if you have script that scrapes yellow pages data. We looking for something that processes all data for a category (i.e. www.yellowpages dot com/nationwide/category_validation/lawyer?expansion_factor=4)
- We're also looking for nationwide yellow pages data (company, address, city, state, zip, website url, phone, fax, email) so that we can validate our own data.
- We are also looking for a robust script that can generate GEO data from address info for millions of rows in SQL Server database.
