Description

I am looking to establish a long term relationship with one company providing a Virtual Assistant assigned to me with a team of assistants. This will be billed on an hourly basis. Efficiency and productivity on completing quality work is very important.

My VA needs to have excellent written and verbal English skills. Telephone calls may be required from time to time.

The main tasks will be:

- Internet Market Research
- Data gathering and analysis
- Relevant keyword extraction from websites
- Working with Excel and formatting documents
- Synthesizing large amounts information and summarizing.

Knowledge and skills required:

- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Proficiency of the Office Suite
- Excellent understanding of the Internet
- Understanding of HTML and common languages used on the web

The following skills/knowledge are highly regarded and will be paid accordingly:

- Knowledge of formal business analysis and market research: SWOT, Competitive analysis, etc
- Experience writing business plans and product proposals
- General accounting and bookkeeping
- Understanding and familiarity with the follow web spaces: Online image hosting sites, video hosting sites, adult online industry

The average work required will start at 10 hours per week and may increase.
