Description
I'm a mortgage lender who can do business in California in the US.I'm looking for someone who can provide me with mortgage leads, either through telemarketing, email, or otherwise.
I have criteria for each lead (above $200K, Loan to value below 90%, etc). Leads must be new and not sold to any one else. I'm looking for quality not quantity. You should have experience in mortgage lead generation and speak fluent english. You should also be very accessible via email or otherwise (MS Messenger, e-mail, etc).
Please bid only if you can provide quality leads. I will pay $300 after the loan closes via Paypal, GAF, check, or credit card.
I am not looking to pay someone simply for names and number of "potential" loans. I have had bad experiences with this in the past. I'm paying for all CLOSED LOANS that you originate. This can be a long term position if you are good. I will also entertain offers from call centers. In order to ensure that you have read this discription. Here's a brief overview:
I’m looking to set up a mutually beneficial agreement. I’ll take leads on a bona-fide basis. I can handle about 80 leads a month and close 15-20%. I am willing to pay 10% of all loan proceeds after the loans closed. Payment will be through escrow.
This should result in 10-15 loans per month. At my average fees of $6500, your monthly cut will be $6500-$10k. I'd also be willing to work out a performance based scale. Like, if I do in fact do more that 10 loans in a month, we can bump it up to 15% and at 15 loans, 20%...
Compared to 80 leads at $50-$75 a piece, or $4k-$6k a month, you are bringing in a substantially larger income based on these terms.
As I said, we can do this through escrow, PayPal, or credit card. so you are fully protected. I’ll give you bi-weekly updates on every lead on a spreadsheet and when the loans are getting close to funding, you simply send me an invoice, which I forward to escrow and you’ll most likely be paid before me.
