Hello!

We are expanding our travel guide into India. Therefor, we need a small team of data researchers and processors, preferably from India.

Your task will be both to enter data from sources provided by us (in PDF, in English) and to research Hotels, Restaurants, Tour operators, Internet cafés, Bars and Spa's online and enter their data.

All data needs to be entered into an online form. Each entry consists of 2 pages with fields, one with general info and one with info related to the kind of establishment it is. The information is quite specific, so it takes at least 3 minutes to fill in each establishment.

Each entry is checked by our QA team. Entries that don't comply with the quality standards are always rejected. The most common reason for rejection is the lack of contact information.

The research part is a little harder: we need people who are very internet savvy and very good at manipulating search engines. The establishments need to be searched on a per town basis: we supply the list of available towns. Realistically, some towns are easy, others are quite impossible. You will spend more time searching than entering data.

Since this job is about India, we would like to work with a team from India, who know the Indian internet well. We will need you to access non-English sites to find information.

If your connection is good for VOIP, please mention this, since our preference goes to people who can call the establishment in question in order to find out the most recent information.

For comparison purposes, I need a quote for 3 different actions:

- data entry from our sources
- data entry from research
- data entry with confirmation call

Each quote needs to be per 100 records. Don't include telephone costs in your quote, only your time and effort.

Please only bid if you can really do this. Refrain from bidding if you're unsure: there is no time to play around.
