A team would be best for this job. I plan to award this project quickly, so bid now!

I have +/- 2200 addresses that need to be converted/typed into either a Microsoft Word Table or Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet. I don’t care how you do it; I just need it done!

A fast turnaround is needed – 24 hours would be best, can live with 48 hours if half the job is delivered in the first 24 hours.

I am attaching a sample of the data and a sample of the output so you can see what needs to be done.

Specific instructions:

Output needs to have seven columns of information: 1. Company Name, 2. Name, 3. Street Address, 4. City, 5. State, 6. Zip Code, 7. Phone Number.

Do not include the information in the Type or Cust# Columns, and no fax numbers. The Header and Footer information should not be included.

Completed job should be combined into one document, but I could live with having less than 15 documents to combine at the end.

A high level of accuracy is a must. The finished document will be proofread.

Sorry, but I will not consider new providers for this job. You must have positive feedback on similar projects. Type the words twenty-one camels in your bid so I know you are a live person. My budget is around $50 for the entire job, a little more if you have excellent reviews and a lot of relevant experience. If the entire job is completed within 24 hours, with minimal errors, I will pay a $10 bonus.
